2005.7--2005.9 internship in Shanghai Meadville Electronics Co. Ltd,practised in FA, PE and Manufacturing Dept. under the instruction of senior engineers, get to know PCB manufacturing process, DFM and common quality problems; which paved the way for my future work as technical support engineer in the Marketing Dept.2005.10—Present work as pre-sales technical support engineer in Meadville International Trading (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, major responsibilities:1. Have a deep understanding of customers’ request and provide customized proposals; collect customers’ feedback and offer suggestions for optimization to achieve cost down, resolve common problems during design-in stage, complete pre-sales activity for new projects2. technical evaluation of customers’ design and summary of quotation information; follow-up new projects progress from design-in, building to ex-plant; coordinate internal and external resources to resolve tough problems to ensure sample on-time delivery3. serve as a bridge linking customers and plants, make full use of plants’ technical and service resources, take professionals to promote our know-how and products, get customers’ request and feed back to our team4. make corporation presentation to customers, including PCB manufacturing process, DFM, product cost issue; biz travel nationwideMy key accounts: Cisco, Jabil, Flextronics, Ericsson, Motorola, GE Healthcare, Longcheer, Da Tang Mobile5. carry out regular exchanges with customers and get first-hand market information from customers to share it with the sales team, help sales develop new customers and maintain old ones, support sales to get new projects6. in charge of customer visit and audit in the plant
